SuiteSpot Engage Mobile Messaging Program

1. Program Description

SuiteSpot Engage (the "Program") provides mobile messaging to residents for the purpose of communicating status updates regarding maintenance service requests. This includes notifications such as request confirmations, scheduled service times, technician arrival updates, and completion notices for residential rental units. By opting into the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency is triggered by your service requests. You can expect to receive messages only as needed to provide updates on your specific maintenance requests.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

4. Opt-Out (How to Cancel)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP in reply to any message received from the service. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the property maintenance number. To resume service, you may opt back in at any time by texting START or UNSTOP.

5. Support (How to Get Help)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or you or you can contact your property management team.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy. We will not share your mobile phone number or messaging opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Meet the team

Elik Jaeger

President & CEO

Elik Jaeger is a tech executive and entrepreneur with 20-plus years of experience launching, operating, and growing technology businesses. Before taking the helm at SuiteSpot, he assumed leadership roles in several start-ups and NASDAQ/TSX companies, including president and CEO of Synerion, a global workforce management enterprise software company, and Vice President and General Manager of RuggedCom’s wireless business division. He holds an honors Bachelor of Science Engineering degree from the University of Tel Aviv in Israel.

Today, Elik continues to bring innovations to the field as founder & CEO at SuiteSpot, offering software solutions that allow rental real estate operators' teams to collaborate better, increase performance and reach their goals faster.

Outside of the office, he and his wife continue the journey of raising three children from their home in Toronto, Ontario.

Sorin Michnea

CTO

Sorin is a highly entrepreneurial technologist with 15 years of experience building products and teams in varied technical fields, from telecommunications to web publishing and analytics.

Prior to becoming the CTO of SuiteSpot, Sorin has served as a Software Development Manager for BLiNQ Networks, where he was a driving force in the design and development of BLiNQ’s radio and RF planning products with Tier-1 operators such as AT&T, Sprint, Vodafone, América Móvil and integrators like Cisco, Huawei and Juniper Networks.

Sorin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Bucharest in Romania.

Darren Sharpe

CRO

Darren is a sales and marketing executive with over 20 years of experience developing high growth teams. His career in technology started with IT Integrator, Scalar Decisions. Over 10 years at Scalar, Darren worked his way up from an Account Executive, to an Executive Vice President of Sales managing over $400 Million of sales and nearly 200 people.

After leaving Scalar, Darren has led two SaaS organizations through significant growth. At TSO Logic, Darren took a startup from their first sales to being acquired by Amazon. More recently, as the CRO of Essential Accessibility, Darren led the company through exponential sales growth and supported a successful Series B by KKR.

Darren holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia, and lives in Toronto.
