That same practical mindset drives our culture today.
SuiteSpot didn’t start with a venture capital pitch; it started with a unit turn. Spun out of a construction and maintenance company, we lived the daily chaos of unit turns and service requests firsthand. We saw that clipboards and spreadsheets weren't enough to manage the complexity of modern portfolios. We built SuiteSpot to be the solution we wished we had, transforming reactive maintenance into orchestrated, high-performance operations.

Meet Our Team
Elik Jaeger is a technology executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience leading high-growth ventures in both startup and public companies.
As Founder and CEO of SuiteSpot, Elik is reshaping how multifamily owners and operators manage their assets with an AI-powered platform that transforms maintenance and capital projects. Under his leadership, SuiteSpot has become a trusted partner for multifamily enterprises, centralizing operations, automating workflows, and driving cost-efficiency at scale.
Built on a culture of Passion, Integrity, and Execution (PIE), SuiteSpot empowers teams to work smarter and faster, elevating the resident experience and delivering measurable performance improvements.
Elik holds an engineering degree from Tel Aviv University and lives in Toronto with his wife and three children.
Sorin is a highly entrepreneurial technologist with 15 years of experience building products and teams in varied technical fields, from telecommunications to web publishing and analytics.
Prior to becoming the CTO of SuiteSpot, Sorin has served as a Software Development Manager for BLiNQ Networks, where he was a driving force in the design and development of BLiNQ’s radio and RF planning products with Tier-1 operators such as AT&T, Sprint, Vodafone, América Móvil and integrators like Cisco, Huawei and Juniper Networks.
Sorin is currently leading the charge on SuiteSpot's AI-first strategy, transitioning the platform from reactive tools to autonomous agents.
Sorin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Bucharest in Romania.
Darren is a sales and marketing executive with over 20 years of experience developing high growth teams. His career in technology started with IT Integrator, Scalar Decisions. Over 10 years at Scalar, Darren worked his way up from an Account Executive, to an Executive Vice President of Sales managing over $400 Million of sales and nearly 200 people.
After leaving Scalar, Darren has led two SaaS organizations through significant growth. At TSO Logic, Darren took a startup from their first sales to being acquired by Amazon. More recently, as the CRO of Essential Accessibility, Darren led the company through exponential sales growth and supported a successful Series B by KKR. Darren holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia, and lives in Toronto.
Tom is an entrepreneurial finance leader with over a decade of experience dedicated to building companies as an early employee or co-founder. His expertise spans finance, operations, and people strategies to support sustainable growth for the organization.
Prior to joining SuiteSpot, Tom held various leadership positions in materials, education, and assistive technology companies. His contributions include financial management, fundraising, strategic operations, and managing the employee lifecycle. This experience includes scaling ventures from concept to profitability, closing multiple Series A fundraising rounds, and securing significant non-dilutive capital.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (Finance specialization) from Western University, and lives in Toronto.
Steph is a highly skilled program manager with over 20 years of experience delivering initiatives in the technology and design sectors. She specializes in building and improving engagement and delivery models to drive efficiencies, visibility, product adoption, and scalability.
Before joining SuiteSpot, Steph led the Project Management Office at PNI Digital Media (acquired by Staples), where she specialized in delivering eCommerce projects for major global retailers. After leaving Staples, she managed assessment services and relationships with major public cloud providers at TSO Logic, which was later acquired by Amazon Web Services.
There, she spent six years driving global service adoption at scale. Steph holds a bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University, and lives in Penticton, BC.
