Garden Communities' continual, thoughtful evolution involves providing fresh, next-generation inventory while constantly improving existing communities to serve demand and support changing lifestyle needs.

Background
The Garden Communities portfolio is growing by thousands of apartments annually, and the company’s continued robust project pipeline will introduce dozens of new communities in nine states over the next several years. Its vertically integrated operations provide full in-house support from site acquisition to leasing and property management, from infancy to stabilization.
In an ongoing drive to increase customer service performance, the firm recognizes the importance of leveraging tech advancements that enable enhanced efficiencies and streamlined processes.
