TORONTO (June 24, 2025) – SuiteSpot, a leading provider of AI-powered maintenance and capital management software for multifamily operators, today announced a strategic integration with Engrain, the leader in interactive mapping technology for real estate.
This partnership brings interactive mapping and location-based intelligence directly into SuiteSpot’s maintenance platform, unlocking technician wayfinding, route optimization, and maintenance heatmap visualizations across multifamily portfolios.
As building footprints expand and mobile maintenance teams become the norm, location-based context is no longer optional – it’s mission-critical. This integration helps SuiteSpot users navigate maintenance operations with clarity, speed, and data-backed precision.
The partnership enables two key integrations:
Technician Wayfinding & Route Optimization
Technicians using SuiteSpot’s mobile app can now use interactive maps to locate units, assets, and common areas with ease. Estimated travel durations are factored into SuiteSpot’s AI Scheduler, resulting in more accurate planning and fewer delays.
Maintenance Heatmaps
Operators can now visualize work orders, recurring issues, and preventive maintenance tasks using a Power BI plug-in, provided by Engrain. These map-based views reveal spatial patterns and problem clusters that traditional dashboards might miss – helping teams prioritize resources and act faster.
