What Is a Multifamily Maintenance Platform?

A multifamily maintenance platform is the operating layer that connects maintenance workflows, teams, assets, data, and decisions across an apartment portfolio. The word platform is important. A work order application may manage tickets. An inspection tool may capture findings. A turn board may track vacant units. A platform connects those activities so that information and accountability move with the work. That distinction becomes more valuable as an operator grows.

Many maintenance technology stacks developed one problem at a time. A team adopted a mobile work order app, then added an inspection product, a vendor portal, a reporting tool, and a separate communication channel.
