Multifamily work order software should do more than move a maintenance request from open to closed. A modern system should improve every decision between those two points. That includes the quality of the original request, the priority assigned to it, the resource selected, the information available in the field, the communication sent to the resident, and the record created after the repair. Start With Actionable Intake

When those relationships are preserved, operators can see the true cost and context of the work. Repeated repairs become visible. Warranty opportunities are easier to catch. Inspection findings remain accountable.
